Are you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or ready for real change—but not sure where to start? You don’t have to figure it out alone. I work with individuals who are seeking self-improvement, personal growth, and a greater sense of balance and clarity in their lives.

I specialize in EMDR therapy for trauma, helping clients process difficult experiences so they no longer feel stuck in the past. My approach is practical, interactive, and solution-focused—I don’t just listen, I actively work with you to create meaningful, lasting change.

Together, we’ll identify patterns that may be holding you back and develop strategies that actually work in your day-to-day life. I provide honest feedback in a supportive, nonjudgmental space, helping you move forward with greater confidence and direction.

In addition to individual work, I have extensive experience helping couples improve communication, rebuild trust, and strengthen their connection. Whether you're navigating conflict or simply want to feel closer again, I offer tools and guidance to help you get there.

I draw from a range of effective approaches, including EMDR, Trauma-Focused CBT, and Prolonged Exposure Therapy, tailoring each session to your unique needs. My goal is to help you build on your strengths, gain insight, and create the life you want.

My husband and I have struggled off and on with our relationship,  until we came to Jodi and she showed us how to look at our relationship differently.  She gave us a calm caring environment in which we felt we could be ourselves.  We felt that she was able to make us both feel equal and not take sides.  We are very grateful for her help.
